Hendricks Property Management’s Promises to You
Here at Hendricks, we believe we should earn your business every day. If you are not satisfied at any time, you may terminate our agreement with a simple 30-day notice.
Never pay a leasing fee twice in one year! If a tenant that we place in your home does not fulfill a 12-month contract, we will find you a new qualified tenant at no cost to you.
We will not get paid until you do. At Hendricks you will have peace of mind that we are working hard for you and you will not have to pay us until the first month’s rent is collected.
When the tenant pays on time, we pledge you will receive funds within 10 business days, or we will waive that month’s management fee
If an approved pet does damage to your home that exceeds the security deposit, Hendricks will pay up to $1,000 per approved pet.
We understand how important communication is. That’s why we strive to return all communications within 24 hours.
