William MartinBeen renting a property managed by them for almost 5 months now. At the start, they were great. We worked with Virginia and once we started renting were handed off to another person to manage any issues we had going forward (I think her name was Cindy).
The biggest issue we have been having is the inconsistency in which they want us to communicate with them. Sometimes they want emails, sometimes they say we need to call, other times they say we can text, and lastly on occasion we have to go through the portal. It feels like we get a different answer every time which means we wait for them to respond, then have to resubmit whatever said issue is and then wait for them to respond again.
Another issue we had was we were forced into paying for a benefits package, which is fine because it covers 24/7 maintenance and what not. Issue was it also included quarterly air filters changes... which I guess someone wasn't tracking because come month 4 and we still hadn't gotten one, we reached out and were told we had to change them... we then had to pull up the information and provide their benefits package info to them. They 180'd and handled it, but it's small things like that seem to come up here and there.
Also I am pretty sure when we first signed the benefits package covered pest control. That doesn't seem to be the case and the previous graphic on the listing is no longer available, and the current one doesn't show pest control.

We had to put in a maintenance request for the AC and within a couple of hours of putting that request in, they had a professional AC company (not a maintenance guy) reaching out to us to see when they could come by. I'm impressed with how quickly that was resolved. We are so happy with this company.
