19. Prohibited Content & Compliance

Hendricks Property Management, LLC complies with CTIA messaging guidelines. We do not send:

•       SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco)

•       Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading messaging

•       Phishing or social engineering communications

20. Texas & Federal Compliance

In accordance with applicable Texas law (Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 302, as amended by SB 140), marketing text messages will not be sent during the following restricted hours:

•       Before 9:00 AM or after 9:00 PM, local time of the message recipient

•       On Sundays before 12:00 PM, local time of the message recipient

Transactional messages directly related to an existing lease, active maintenance request, or ongoing property management service may be sent outside of these hours when reasonably necessary.
