Lacy Hendricks, Director of Marketing, REALTOR®, Broker

Lacy Hendricks, RMP®, joined Hendricks Property Management in 2014 to start her career in real estate and property management.  She became a licensed real estate agent in October 2014 and a licensed broker in 2023. Lacy serves as the President of the San Antonio Chapter of NARPM. She has worked on governmental affairs committees for the National Association of Residential Property Management, San Antonio Board of REALTORS and the City of San Antonio since 2016 ands holds a handful of designations through the REALTOR® organization including the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program. In 2024, she won Property Manager of the Year from the San Antonio Board of REALTORS, Volunteer of the Year Award for NARPM in 2023, and in 2018 won the the first ever Legislative Champion Award from the San Antonio Board of REALTORS.
