Free Roof Inspections for Preventative Maintenance

We have partnered with a local roofing company, Agave Roofing, who will be providing a free roof inspection to every property in our management. Preventative maintenance like minor roof repairs can prevent a property owner from having to do major repairs at a later date. Over the course of the next few months, we will send feedback from Agave Roofing should we receive anything that needs to be addressed. They are providing these reports to you free of charge. Agave is a trusted vendor partner of Hendricks Property Management, and the National Association of Residential Property Management.
