Karen Weeks Announces Her Retirement After 16 Years

Karen Weeks has been a property manager for Hendricks Property Management since 2010. Last year, she decided to take a step back and slow down some to enjoy her grandchildren. We brought in a new property manager for most of her portfolio, but Karen kept working with some clients that she had made a special bond with over her tenure here. On Tuesday, she announced that she is ready to be a full time grandma to all of her grandkids. Effective in about a week, Karen will be fully retired from property management. We will miss her dearly, and she will always be a part of the Hendricks family.

Meet Kyle Hendricks, MPM®, RMP®. He is the Vice President and a second-generation property manager at Hendricks Property Management. He is a Past President of the San Antonio Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Management. . Kyle has been working as a property manager since 2014. In that time, he has earned the Property Management Specialist of the Year award from the San Antonio Board of REALTORS, and holds designations as a Texas Residential Leasing Specialist, Texas Residential Property Manager, Sellers Residential Specialist, and graduated from the Texas REALTORS Leadership Program in 2018.
